Use the form below to inquire about your wedding or event. It's never too early—projects are typically booked 4-6 months in advance. Let's get the ball rolling early!

Expect follow-up within 24-48 hours with any additional questions to better prepare your proposal.

After we have a chance to chat about vision and desired calligraphy services, a proposal is made and includes preliminary ideas with pricing. A retainer fee is required to book your date and final payment is due one month prior to your wedding/event.

DESIGN PREVIEW
2-3 months before your wedding/event, we will finalize all wording and designs with digital mock-ups that solidify decisions before final pieces are created.

Final decisions and guest count are requested at least 3 weeks prior to your date.

PRODUCTION &
COMPLETION
Non-seating chart orders can be produced at an earlier requested date. Default completion date will be the week of your wedding. Delivery, set up and pick up is available for an additional fee (subject to availability). Signs and decor can be shipped or picked up from in Wilmington, DE.
